A LITTLE OF MY STORY
A millennial girl caught up in an Alpha world, I dance to the beat of my own drum and inspire you to do the same. Through guided practice, mentorship and on retreat: I create experiences to inspire, excite and boost your sense of Self.
That’s the work. Stripping it back. Coming home.
Moving from what’s real — No identity to perform.
Most people won’t stay there.
It’s uncomfortable.
On the other side? Truth, Freedom.

AS AN
I bring people together inside spaces that are intentional, & immersive. Because beauty opens people.
It softens the guard.
Every element -
the movement, the breath, the energy is there to reveal something underneath. The parts we don't always show.
I've been trained, Yes.
But this work was earned through living it. Returning, again & again.
It's my hope to walk beside you on your journey for a bit, or, for as long as you like.

From Bali to Berlin, Paris TO London, Zurich, COPENHAGEN, MALMO, Phuket, Sydney TO LAUNCESTON, MELBOURNE TO MANILA — EVERY PLACE LEAVES AN IMPRINT.
Launceston and St Helens played piano and rode horses. Bumping up & down in the flat tray of Dad’s ute to the beach, selling cigarettes and paddle pop sticks across the counter at Nan's village store. Hey, it was the 90's.
At 8, my parents took me out of school and we drove across Australia in a combi van.
That experience shaped something early — a sense of movement, curiosity, and a life lived beyond the expected. It led me into the Arts. Into teaching. And eventually, into a decade of teaching yoga around the world. From Manila to Copenhagen. In 2019, I completed my Master’s in Performing Arts Teaching
and stepped into the classroom. And quickly — I saw the cracks. The system felt rigid.
Everyone so disconnected & switched off. And my body made it clear — this wasn’t my path.
So I turned back to what I trust. The body. The breath. The work beneath the surface. Not as a trend. As a return. What I do isn’t a combination of techniques. It’s a practice. Shaped by performance. Refined through breathwork. Grounded in the body. Now I create spaces — in schools, online, and in retreat — where people come to express & liberate themselves.

WHAT I
I partner with people and projects that move something.
From national dance companies to AFL clubs, schools, and mental health spaces — my work lives where embodiment meets expression.
Alongside this, I collaborate with artists — dancers, filmmakers, DJs — creating experiences that are visceral, human, and alive.
If you’re holding a vision that needs depth, texture, or presence —
